Weighted Vests are known to help calm and focus individuals with Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges, anxiety, PTSD.
Vests should be approximately 5% to 10% of the body weight for adults.
The drop-down menu above will help you find the weight appropriate for you. Vest can hold up to 15 lbs of sewn in weights.
Outer shell: Fleece with Cotton liner inside. Zipper closure. Poly Pellets & HD Glass pellets are used for weight. All of our weighted vests are made with the same quality materials and construction as our blankets & lap pads.
Machine washable, for best results Hang to dry. Can be Tumble Dried on Low for a short time

Care Instructions:
Blanket are machine washable Most Top Load machines can handle up to 15-20 lbs Top loaders 12-15 lbs. It is recommended to check with your manufacturer.
For best results hang to dry or can be tumble dried on Low heat for 10-15 minutes
For blankets over 12-15 lbs it is recommended that you use a commercial washing machine (laundromat) and hang to dry (hang over a chair or railing).
Do not microwave or dry clean
