This listing is for a Medium Child size Weighted Blanket that measures 30'' x 40''.

This size will fit on the top of a child's bed without hanging off the sides which is the correct therapeutic way to have it. Can be weighted from 5 lbs up to 10 pounds. 5 pounds of weight is the first weight in listing

All blankets & pads are weighted using plastic poly pellets.

The weighted beads are quilted in the fabric to keep it evenly distributed throughout the blanket. All outer seems are surged for durability. Because I use small beads to weight the lap pads and blankets, these are not meant for children less than 2 years of age. As with any medical device; check with your Doctor or OT before use.

These blankets are for therapeutic use. Never place a weighted blanket on an infant.

Mom - 2 kids

I purchased a 5 pound weighted blanket for my son with ASD - Mild. Prior to the blanket, he would wake several times a night, which was hard for us as parents, but even worse for our son. As soon as we got the blanket, he took it with him to the living room and kept it on his legs. Ever since, he sleeps with it, even through the hot summer nights we've been dealing with. Weight seems to bring him comfort and it makes falling asleep and staying asleep easier for him. He wakes up rested and ready to start his days. Thank you CSD for making a durable product at an affordable price, for offering such great selection and quick service. I will definitely refer my friends to your business.

Excellent!

First of all, our order was finished much sooner than the estimated time so that was amazing on its own! Next, our son loves his "hug blanket" as he has named it. It's great for sleeping, and as long as he doesn't toss it off himself at night he sleeps right through! Also if he's having a bit of a tantrum or a lot of a tantrum, or just super tired and being a crazy two year old; I'll wrap him in the blanket and snuggle him and he calms down almost instantly. It's Awesome Awesome Awesome! As soon as he out grows it I'll definitely be ordering another to prolong the magic.

Weighted blankets for kids

I received weighted blankets over a year ago for three grandchildren and was extremely pleased with them. The kids use them at night all the time and love having them as their covers. They are very well sewn and are holding up well after a years’ use.

Love with SPD

Yes we love the weighted blanket! Took my son a bit to get used to because he has major sensory issues but it's great quality and he quite enjoys it now! Thank you so much for your help. CSD has been amazing throughout the whole process!
